Hero Forge Custom 3D Printed Miniatures $29.99 – $99.99
Hero Forge Custom Miniatures are perfect gifts for RPG tabletop lovers. It doesn’t matter what genre tabletop game they play; all RPG gamers use a miniature version of their character to represent them on the map. Gamers typically buy a generic mini in a shop that comes closest to how they envision their character and from there, they will customize and paint the mini to get it as accurate as possible. But Hero Forge offers a truly fantastic alternative with a huge library of unique, physical customization options for the figure itself, and for the first time, offers a cost-effective way for gamers to have custom miniatures through 3D printing. Everything can be customized on the character: gender, race, face shape, expression, eyes, and body type (even down to custom measurements). Clothing on the miniature can be customized from head to toe as well as handheld items like weapons, side arm items, pieces worn on the back, the base for the miniature, and the pose. The minis can be printed in a variety of materials from budget-friendly plastic that can be painted, to display quality bronze.
If you don’t know very much about the character your loved one plays, Hero Forge offers gift certificates. But if you want to order a mini to be opened Christmas day, you might want to head on over to get in your order ASAP because, depending on the material you choose, Hero Forge needs 2-4 weeks to print and ship your custom mini. Whichever route you choose, a Hero Forge custom mini will bring a little more RP to your loved one’s RPG gameplay experience.
Dice Bags $3.00 – $35.00
Every gamer needs a place to store their dice and an easy way to move their dice to and from a game – the best solution for that is a dice bag! Dice bags are available in different materials like simple cloth, velvet, leather, and chainmail. The cheaper bags are usually a simple, plain velvet or cloth bag with a drawstring. You can also get something elaborately embroidered or custom made with the symbol of the player’s character or something else personally meaningful. There are dice bags made to look like dragonscale and beautifully crafted, hand-tooled leather dice pouches in the shape of a D20 from Rue Ink. A dice bag is the perfect little stocking stuffer or Secret Santa gift that is sure to bring a little joy into every gamer’s holiday.
Wyrmwood Dice Towers and Trays $50.00 – $635.00
We’ve all seen that gamer who suspiciously manages to roll a natural 20 every time they need it. Dice towers are used in gaming to help a gamer’s rolls remain consistent while giving random results. The gamer only needs to drop a die, or handful of dice, into the opening at the top of the tower and let the dice filter through to a (mostly) controlled landing. Wyrmwood Gaming offers simple, beautiful, handcrafted dice towers made of solid wood. And the best part about Wrymwood’s gaming tower is that it is held together by natural earth magnets to allow the player to disassemble the tower when it’s not in use for easy storage and transport. You can get the standalone dice tower or add on the personal dice tray, dice vault (a box to store dice), and a carry strap to hold it all together.
Dice trays are used to control the player’s rolls. It is all too easy when rolling dice by hand for the die to stick to your palm or for the player to get overzealous and send the dice flying off in a crazy direction. There can also be environmental issues that impact your rolls. For example, you can forget about any semblance of control if you happen to be playing your game on a glass tabletop. But there’s no quicker way to annoy a DM than to have to constantly re-roll a turn because you can’t control your dice. Wyrmwood offers a couple of different trays to make your gameplay as smooth as possible.
Wyrmwood’s Personal Dice Tray is designed to be used in conjunction with the dice tower but can be purchased separately. It is made of solid wood and provides a walled alley lined with a premium oiled leather rolling surface. The tray measures 8.75 x 4 x 2.5 inches and also acts as storage for the dice tower when the tower is disassembled.
The Tabletop Dice Tray offers a slot to store a dice vault or other game components and a larger rolling surface, measuring 10.625 x 8.125 x 1.5 inches. Like the personal tray, the tabletop tray is made of solid wood and can also be used with the dice tower. It features a premium oiled rolling surface that can be personally engraved for an extra fee.
With all Wyrmwood products, you can choose the wood type from their core 16 like oak, cherry, and walnut or you can opt for more exotic woods like bamboo, snakewood, and Tasmanian Blackwood. The cost of your item is going to depend on the type of wood you choose. Keep in mind: the more exotic the wood, the higher the price. Each product offers a choice of giving it “some character” or “extreme character,” using woods with natural, unique imperfections like knots, small holes, and other interruptions in the grain. You can also have your piece engraved with a message or an image. And if you want to create something completely unique and extraordinary, visit Wyrmwood’s custom shop where they can make items with inlaid metals, wood, stone, or shell.
If cost is a concern but you still want to give your loved one a Wyrmwood piece, check out their Dice Vaults and Hero Vaults. These affordable options offer the same Wyrmwood quality woods and engraving options but start at only $25.00 and $24.00, respectively. These beautiful crafted products will be cherished by your loved one for years to come.

Customized cases will take longer, 4-5 weeks, and the cost can balloon pretty quickly if you want all the bells and whistles and a rarer wood.

Every RPG player likes to become as immersed as possible in his or her game. Dwarven Forge has created a line of terrain builders that simultaneously adds realism and fantasy to any tabletop gameplay. These beautifully crafted pieces are first hand-sculpted, then cast in resin or “dwarvenite” for durability and each set is available painted or unpainted to allow for customization. There are several different scenes including the City Builder, which has streets, walls, buildings and accessories to create the perfect fantasy village.
